Stout & Caldwell Engineers was selected by Scamparino Development to help clarify design concepts for township presentations. The vision for this new retail site would be to support the growing community of Florence. Located along State Highway Rt. 130 within this River Route community, the location was chosen for its close proximity to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Turnpikes as well as I-295. In addition to full civil engineering, site design and planning services, we provided an Economic Impact Statement.
