The Madison/Towne Tavern Redevelopment and New Construction

The Madison/Towne Tavern - Site Plan, Surveying, Environmental

33 Lafayette Street
Riverside, New Jersey

The Towne Tavern has been a South Jersey landmark since 1901 and being a part of its redevelopment was one of the first projects Stout & Caldwell took on when the firm was formed in 2004. This two-phase project began with the revitalizing the old establishment and culminated in a site with new construction, parking and more to create an award-winning hospitality venue ~ The Madison. Working closely with the new ownership, Stout & Caldwell provided all conceptual, major and demolition site plans plus complete surveying services. In addition, the project located along the RiverLINE required comprehensive environmental assessments, parking lot and landscape design planning, along with necessary permitting and planning board testimony. The result – a now complete and operational full service venue creating more jobs and taxable income for the township and surrounding areas. READ MORE
