As a principal of the firm, Mr. Caldwell is charged with new business development, sales and marketing. Mr. Caldwell continues to serve as the Mansfield Township environmental consultant, something that he has done since 2004. With over 17 years of working as a NJPDES permit compliance professional and for a NJDEP Certified Testing Laboratory Mr. Caldwell also partcipates with field operations during environmental sampling, surveying, soil borings, wetlands flag locations and tree inventories. He prepares in-bound proposals, public bid submissions and state, local and federal prequalification submissions on an annual basis.
